Director Shawna Hicks is the Director of Personal Development for Ms. Avy Beauty Enhancements . As a vital component of the team, she is tasked with the development and implementation of strategic plans to increase personal cognizance for all members. Shawna holds both a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Master of Public Administration. Through her personal experiences and educational growth, Shawna affirms, “You cannot conceptualize where you are or determine where you would like to go without first being aware of who you are”.
